Azide Free Serum for cell culture FBS fetal bovine serum. Filtered serum for sterility. The polyclonal serum contains no red or white blood cells or clotting factors; it is the blood plasma not including the fibrinogens. Serum includes all proteins and antibodies not used in blood clotting (coagulation) and all the electrolytes, antibodies, antigens, hormones, and any exogenous substances like drugs and microorganisms. This molecular diagnostic PCR kit is CE approved and complies with the Directive 98/79/EC for IVD, in vitro PCR Diagnostics. The PCR kit is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012, CE marked with the in vitro diagnostic medical divices requirements Annex 2 of list B of the laboratory Directive 98/79/EC and can be used for diagnosis of viruses. The kit inculde all reagents for PCR or RT-PCR of viral DNA or RNA.

Antibodies are affinity purified with an antigen coated column or protein A or G agarose or beads. DNA is purified with endotoxin free silica columns or anion exchange resins. PCR diagnosis supplies purification kits and ultra pure reagents.
